The quartet will present an evening of original music by Steve Boudreau and Garry Elliott. 

Elliott/Boudreau Quartet:

Ottawa guitarist Garry Elliott and pianist Steve Boudreau have enjoyed a very fruitful musical relationship for over 15 years. They have performed as a duo in many venues through the Ottawa region. In 2013 they recorded a  CD entitled Pre-Dawn Skies which consists of their original compositions. 

In 2016 they joined forces with two critically acclaimed Montreal musicians. Drummer Camil Bélisle originally from Ottawa has been the drummer in the Lorraine Desmarais Trio for over 30 years. Bassist Adrian Vedady is highly sought out in Montreal and beyond and is quickly becoming regarded as one of Canada’s premier bassists.

The quartet has been performing regularly at GigSpace and also at the Ottawa Jazz Festival with more bookings to come this season. Their 2018  CD  entitled Opus 2 features more original pieces by Garry and Steve.
